Prospective homebuyers, please be advised of the following:

1. Each prospective homebuyer will be required to show some form of a government-issued photo identification.

2. Bromfield will not require prospective home buyers to sign an exclusive broker agreement but may require exclusivity to such property they are shown by Bromfield.

3. Bromfield does not require that prospective homebuyers be pre-approved for a mortgage.
